Foreign Aid/Just How Much has America Given To Foreign Countries?

Our country according to Congress is in debt. It took many,many,months to give us a stimulus Checkof $1400, and they are still many who are complaining about it. Many think we needed $0 amount of money. What was suppose to be a quick give,as promised by President Biden when he got into office, took months to get because of all the bickering between the houses. But, there wasn't any fussing when it came to helping other countrise, but we Americans were the last to be considered. So, I did a little research to see just how much we give to other countries, then complain about being in debt. I wonder why?????
